I use Vizard to create highlight clips from B2B webinars for social media. There has been multiple times where I accidentally deleted the "word blocks" from the transcript for a split clip and exited out of the editor and missed the opportunity to undo (ctrl-Z), I would basically have to start over in order to get the missing subtitle back.

I'm also running into a bug where portions of the video got edited out (mistaken for silences?). I can restore the video, but the transcript portion was gone, so now I have audio but no easy way of adding the subtitle back via the transcript editor.
